Prescriptions and Refills

To request a prescription refill, please contact our office during our regular business hours, and we will call your pharmacy within 24 hours. Information we will need from you when you call us includes the medication name, dosage, and your pharmacy name and telephone number. Please note that prescriptions cannot be refilled unless you have been seen by a doctor within the last six months, nor can they be refilled outside of our regular business hours, when medical charts are unavailable for review.
