Douglas K. Epps, M.D.
Dr. Epps attended Hampton University and received his B.S. from the University of Oklahoma. He attended medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School, Norfolk, VA and did his residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.
He is a retired army doctor, having served 22 years, with 20 years of active service. He is Board Certified and brings over 20 years experience in family practice to McIntosh Trail. Dr. Epps’ medical interests include diabetes and geriatrics and he continues to study cutting edge material on these subjects. In his spare time, Dr. Epps enjoys biking, hiking and water sports with his wife, Kathy, of 30 years and their 3 children. The Epps family resides in Hampton, Georgia.
