Jeannie has been an asset to McIntosh Trail Family Practice for the past eleven years with over twenty two years of billing administrative experience. Jeannie is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders and is a Certified Professional Coder.
She offers a comprehensive understanding of all patient care services, overseeing all the daily operations of the billing department including but not limited to registration, batching, coding, charge entry, collections; audits and reporting.
Jeannie is responsible for the development, implementation and quality assurance of all billing and coding policies and procedures as they relate to MTFP operations.
Jeannie works with our patients to evaluate patient benefits and assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and responsibilities. Jeannie is an avid advocate for senior patients that need additional assistance with their insurance benefit explanations and billing issues.
